Hi Ion,
very nice remote control you develop! I found your GVI on the arduino forum.
I'm a professional photographer, based in germany and working a lot with
wireless triggered remote cameras at sports events, like soccer matchs etc.
I saw that you are a very good engineer and interested in photography. at the
moment i'm using to release remote cameras with the pocketwizard

But they are very expensive and due that a lot of photographers are using them
on the same events, very often they not triger the camera, due to to
interference in the stadium.
Now i'm looking for an self builed solution, which can based on your GVI remote
controll but it must be wireless on 433mhz or 868mhz or 2,4ghz.
Do you hv a suggestion how to adapt you your remote to a wirless remote like the
pocketwizards?
